Alpen’Tech was formed on 1 June 2010 through the merger of two historical companies in the Vallée de l’Arve (in Haute-Savoie, France): Enricau et César Vuarchex.
Caesar Vuarchex was founded at the end of the 19th century, and is undoubtedly one of the oldest firms in the region which is still active.
Enricau was founded in the1960s and subsequently grew rapidly with the development of activities in the automotive sector.
In 2004 these two companies found themselves united together within a holding company owned by a U.S. pension fund, which ultimately gave way to a structure which once again became completely local.
Since 2008 the company has been mainly owned and managed by the Management, which has followed a purely industrial policy.
